ReallyCoolToys.com produces a variety of
specialized tracks for small, mid size, and large
unmanned ground vehicles, weighing 5Lbs to 320Lbs.
After many years of research and thoroughly
evaluating traction systems and material, we have
created a new series of treaded tracks previously
only available with our Rover X and REV9 robots.
Our tracks can be customized to fit your assembly,
or maybe combined with our state of the art
eXPANDHUB™ wheel expansion adapters and
compounded wheels for ultimate traction control.

Material and design
By combining up to Seven layers (REV9, 6 ply
series) of the appropriate durometer and thickness
of Neoprene and structural material, we are able to
provide both open and endless loop tracks custom
built to customer specifications. We realize that
tracks are the essential transport component on
every tracked unamnned ground vehicle and robot.
For this reason our multi- ply system is designed
to operate in extremely harsh environments. From
tactical to hazmat environment, our tracks will get
the job done, again, and again.
Simple and maintenance free
Our treaded and untreaded tracks are custom built
and shipped in two formats, 1- Ready to Fit (open
tracks ship with connector compound), 2- Ready to
Mount (Endless loop - one piece Ready to
install).
To order your custom tracks please
specify:
• Track width of outside layer
• Track width of inside layer
• Length of each track
• Desired thickness of inside layer
• Desired thickness of outside layer
• Quantity (sold as sets, higher quantity =
lower price per set)
• Idler and active wheel diameters
• Material grade:

2- Tactical (law enforcement,
surveillance, etc.)
3- Hazmat (industrial and government
use)

Once we have your specifications we will determine
design requirements and cost and submit a quote,
including projected production schedule. Customers
should ssume a two week lead time for custom
tracks. All custom tracks are built with a 1/32"
minus tolerance.
