Value Added Reseller & Regional Distributor Terms & Conditions The following terms are intended for resellers and regional distributors ( referred to also as "customer" / "you") of RC Rover® line of products solely. Product Proprietorship: RC Rover® products are registered with the US Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). By reselling RC Rover® products customer agrees not to compromise RC Rover® proprietorship and to use the product line for the sole purpose of reselling or distribution. Customer agrees to maintain the integrity of our products and warranty by not altering or parting out product for sale or resale or any other unauthorized use. Support: Reseller and distributor technical support is free and available by phone or email. Our knowledgeable sales and customer service representatives have the sole purpose of helping provide the best possible products and services to you, our customer. We are available to help answer questions from 10 am to 4 pm daily, Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays). Product Warranty: All RC Rover® components, Do It Yourself (DIY) kits, and Ready For Operation (RFO) systems are carefully examined and tested before being packaged and shipped. All RC Rover® products include full Dead On Arrival (DOA) warranty against defect. Prior to accepting returns customer must e-mail us requesting and obtaining a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Defective products must be unused in original packaging. Warranty does not apply to opened and/or used products. All sales are final no refund. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. Shipping: RC Rover® REV9 DIY kits require packaging and ship usually within 1-3 days from date payment is received. REV9 RFO kits will require assembly, configuration, and packaging. Delivery schedule is always stated accordingly at each respective product page at ReallyCoolToys.com. We ship insured with tracking via UPS Ground, FEDEX, and DHL. Shipping terms may be expedited upon advance request. International Accounts & Shipping: Special conditions and regulations apply if you are located outside the continental United States and Canada. International shipment may be subject to local VAT fees/duties and other local government Taxes and fees which you will be solely responsible to pay and comply with. Direct Ship (resellers only): ReallyCoolToys.com does not Direct Ship internationally. We do drop ship U.S. nationwide. In order to qualify for drop shipping services to your costumers from our facilities, you must first establish a purchase record history of minimum 6 months from us. After establishing minimum history with us, we can assist by having out-of-stock merchandise sent right to your customer's verifiable physical address. We do not include an invoice with direct ship packages sent directly to your client. A valid shipping tracking number is provided to resellers for tracking Direct Shipped packages. ReallyCoolToys.com is released from all direct shipping liabilities once the package leaves its facilities with a valid tracking number. Purchase: 1- Identify the products you need to order at ReallyCoolToys.com online store. 2- Contact us via email (or call) with exact product/part names or numbers you need. We will send you an invoice (via PayPal). 3- Make payment via PayPal or company check. All checks must be cleared before order is processed. Wire transfer is also acceptable but only for orders exceeding $10,000. Product Licensing and Branding: This agreement does not grant licensing or branding rights to Value Added Resellers, Distributors, or anyone. Licensing and branding terms are not listed or covered in this agreement or any other herein. All parties interested in acquiring license for reproduction or branding must fill out our VAR form indicating their "License and Branding" preference and state their exact purpose and need for further consideration. Upon receipt of your request our expert licensing staff / attorney will contact you to discuss terms and opportunities. Account Activation & Cancellation: Authorized customer account is activated upon grant of authorization. Minimum order and stocking is not required for resellers. Distributors must place minimum orders and maintain a current stock at all time. Customer may cancel account with a 7 day prior notice. ReallyCoolToys.com reserves the right to terminate customer's account for any reason deemed appropriate and necessary without further obligation. Upon termination / cancellation of account, customer loses all permission and privileges to resell our product(s) as stated herein. Margins: Reseller and distributor margins vary depending on product and quantity ordered, ranging from 10-36%. Once authorized we will provide you with our most recent price sheet including all margins and additional discounts as applicable. Payment Terms: Full payment is due when order is placed. We accept PayPal (PayPal accepts all major credit cards), company checks, and wire transfer (minimum order requirement of $10000+). Our invoice to you is prepared and sent via PayPal and due upon receipt. Payment must be processed before order is shipped.
