How to Purchase: Customers may purchase products through our web store, by phone, or by fax. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal, company and personal checks, as well as routing services. No money orders.

Web Store Hours: 24 hours a day - any time. Orders are processed within 24 hours of order placement (with the exception of weekends and holidays). Shipping is processed accordingly. Phone and Fax orders accepted from 10am to 4 pm PCST.

All Orders Are Final: Our products are highly specialized and therefore all orders are final. No refunds, only store credit. Special effort is made to assure your repeat business and satisfaction.

Quality Control & Returns: All products are examined carefully prior to shipping. Each product is carefully packaged and shipped insured. Return authorization may only be granted for return of defected product within 3 days once shipment is received. Buyers must contact us to request return authorization in advance. Items shipped to us without proper authorization will be rejected on arrival. Shipping and restocking fees are applied accordingly.

Product Availability: All order placements are subject to availability. While most products ship within 24-48 hours of payment received, we do not guarantee the availability of any product and may cancel your order and refund you fully at any time. Prior to placing orders each customer must read and agree to all of our Terms and Conditions.

Made To Order: "Made To Order" parts and products are offered throughout our web site. These items are custom built on a made to order basis and may not be returned after purchase. The condition and terms for purchasing each item is displayed accordingly throughout our on-line store.
